  • Mudit Shukla is a doctoral scholar at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area. His dissertation focuses on using nudge interventions in the organizational context. Before embarking upon his doctoral journey, he worked in the corporate sector as a Manager in the HR department for nearly three years. He has completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune. He also holds a Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. Besides nudge, his other research interests include neoliberal business schools and academic lives, leadership transition processes, and expatriation-repatriation processes. He has presented his work during notable international and national conferences, such as the Academy of Management, European Group for Organizational Studies, Indian Academy of Management, and PAN-IIM World Management Conference. He has also received the best paper awards during the INDAM 2023 and the IIM Indore – GIZ 2022 conferences.
