• Dr. Kaustav Saha is an Associate Professor in the Strategy area at Jindal Global Business School. He holds a PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi with a specialization in Strategic Management. Prior to joining JGBS, he was serving as an Assistant Professor in the Strategy area at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal. Kaustav has published peer reviewed research articles in Scopus and ABDC listed journals. He has also presented his research in prestigious academic conferences like the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and Strategic Management Society conferences. He is developing an expertise in Simulation-based courses and is an advocate of experiential learning. He has also published teaching case and background note with case clearing houses like Ivey Publishing and The Case Centre.
  Dr. Kaustav has conducted training programs for students as well as Faculty Development programs on various topics of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He is also actively interested in taking consulting assignments on issues of strategy and performance at MSME enterprises and organizations.

  Prior to his doctoral studies, Kaustav graduated with a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Asansol Engineering College. He has worked for brief periods as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Nokia Siemens Networks and subsequently as a Probationary Officer at Bank of Baroda.
