  • Dr. Arjun Chakravorty has a PhD degree from Indian Institute of Management, Raipur in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area. He has completed his PGDM from T.A.PAI Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal and B.E. in Information Technology from Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University. His doctoral dissertation is in the area of employee burnout where he has identified the antecedents, consequences and buffers of burnout among school educators in India. 

    Prior to starting his PhD, he was the Program Manager for the ICDS Leadership Program, an intervention aimed at district-level ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) officers to help them lead their respective teams in delivering an effective ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) program. He was also a Teach for India fellow, where he taught children from underserved communities. Prior to his stint in the social sector, he had spent 8 years in the corporate sector where he worked with organizations like Oracle, HCL Infosystems, and IMS Learning Resources, among others.

    Arjun has presented papers at reputed national and international conferences like National Academy of Psychology and Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management. His papers have been published in ABDC and Scopus indexed journals.
