Shaik, Rihana

Dr. Rihana is an Associate Professor in the area of General Management at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS). She is a fellow from Indian Institute of Management Indore. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Masters in Business Administration. She had 8+ years of teaching experience at affiliated institutes of Osmania University and Andhra University.

Her current research interest span around psychological capital, social capital, social networks and content analysis. Her research papers had been published in ABDC and Scopus categorised journals. She presented her research work at prestigious international conferences like AOM, AIB. One of her recent co-authored paper has been nominated for the 2019 Carolyn B. Dexter Award – an all Academy award (79th AOM meeting).

Her area of research is psychological capital, social capital, social networks and content analysis.
