• Rajendra Baraiya is a lecturer in operations and supply chain management. He is pursuing his FPM in operations management and quantitative techniques at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. He has published papers in reputed international/national journals like Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review (ABDC A*, ABS 3), Indian Journal of Industrial Relations (ABDC C), and Journal of Manufacturing Processes (SCI). He has presented his work at national/international conferences, to name a few, including POMS 2021, NEDSI 2021, IEOM Singapore 2021, etc. He was awarded the “Outstanding Young Research Scholar Award” at IEOM India 2021 conference. He has received the best paper awards in DC 2019 – MNIT Jaipur, ICORDS 2019 – IIM Visakhapatnam, DOCMAD 2020 – IRMA Anand, and IEOM Singapore 2021 conferences.

   He is an associate editor of the International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences (Scopus). He is serving as a reviewer in reputed journals such as, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, International Journal of Productivity & Performance Management, International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, IMA Journal of Management Mathematics, and Sustainable Production and Consumption.

   He is a conference organizing member for World Conference on Transportation Research Society – Young Initiative (WCTRS-Y) mini-conference 2023, which will be held on 17th July 2023 in Montreal, Canada. Previously, he served as the session chair in the POMS 2021, NEDSI 2021, IEOM Singapore 2021, and IEOM India 2021 conferences. He is affiliated to IEOM, POMS, and WCTRS.
