• Dr. Vikas Gupta is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School. He is Ph.D. and his area of research is IPO under-pricing, FinTech, the role of institutional investors in the primary market, valuation of IPO and sentiment analysis. He completed his master’s in finance from the Delhi School of Economics (Department of Commerce) and graduated from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. He was a silver medallist at his graduation. He was an associate member and rank holder (AIR 15) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also received a scholarship from GOVT. OF NCT OF DELHI under category meritorious students and has been the recipient of fellowship under UGC-NET JRF scheme. He has published papers in leading academic journals and presented papers at various national and international conferences. He was associated with two NGOs, Make A Difference and Teach India (Times of India Initiative). He also received a scholarship from GOVT. OF NCT OF DELHI under category meritorious students and has been the recipient of fellowship under UGC-NET JRF scheme. Karo Start-up invited him as a guest speaker to lecture on “How to Get Funding”.
