Yusra Qamar is a lecturer in the OB-HRM area at Jindal Global Business School. She is a doctoral student and an early career researcher in the OB-HRM area at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. She also holds a B.Tech. and an MBA degree from Aligarh Muslim University. Her thesis focuses on the implementation of algorithmic human resource management in organizations, aiming to understand its impact on work design and workforce employability. She is also a recipient of the Emerald Literati Award 2022 for Outstanding Paper in the Journal of Enterprise Information Management. Her research papers have appeared in journals of repute, which include Personnel Review, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, among others. She has also served as a reviewer for the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management 2023, and in reputed journals such as the International Journal of Manpower (ABDC-A).
