Mittal, Shashank

(Dr.) Shashank Mittal has done his F.P.M. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management in Raipur. He holds B. Tech from I.E.T. Lucknow. His post-FPM work experience includes almost five years of industry and academics exposures in multiple roles. Before joining F.P.M., he has over two years of industrial experience and three years of teaching experience in various organizations. He has published multiple papers in ABDC-ranked and SSCI-indexed journals of international repute, such as the Journal of Knowledge Management, the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, the International Journal of Conflict Management, the Journal of Management and Organization and Current Psychology. His research interests include Social identity, Knowledge exchanges, Status, Proactive helping, Employer branding, Organizational justice, and Humanitarian relief management. He enjoys badminton and cycling during his leisure time.

His current research interest includes Social identity, Knowledge exchanges, Proactive helping, Employer branding, Organizational justice, and Humanitarian relief management.
