  • Akhila Veldandi is pursuing Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Indian Institute of Management Indore. Her dissertation focuses on exploring the spousal experiences of career changers and investigating the cross-spousal effects on subjective well-being within couples.

    She completed her schooling and graduation in Hyderabad and was awarded a gold medal in her graduation. Upon completion of her bachelors of technology, she worked with Amazon and Infosys for three years cumulatively, before she switched her career and ventured into pursuing PhD. She has presented her work at various national and international conferences including Academy of Management, International Congress for Psychology, International Conference on Changing Nature of Careers, PAN IIM and Indian Academy of Management.
