• Mashkoor Ali has recently submitted the thesis to the Department of Mathematics at IIT Roorkee. His areas of interest are differential equations, partial integrodifferential equations, and mathematical modelling. He completed his Master’s degree from IIT Bombay and his Bachelor’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University, where he received university medals for securing the highest marks in Bachelor of Science (Hons.), Faculty of Science, and standing first at the Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Mathematics. He has qualified for national-level exams such as the UGC JRF (Junior Research Fellowship), GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), and JAM (Joint Admission Test for Masters) and was awarded the prestigious INSPIRE-SHE (scholarship for higher education).

During his Ph.D., he worked on two research projects supported by prestigious organisations like the Indo-French Centre for Applied Mathematics (IFCAM) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST) India-Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD). He actively participated in national and international conferences, presenting his work on coagulation-fragmentation models. He has published his work in esteemed journals such as Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications and Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications.
