Prakash, Navendu

Professor Navendu Prakash is an Assistant Professor in Finance at the Jindal School of Banking & Finance, O. P. Jindal Global University. He has done his Doctorate in Finance from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. His interests include, inter alia, efficiency and productivity management, technological diffusion, financial institutions and markets, corporate finance, payment systems, performance measurement, corporate governance, and risk management. His thesis primarily focuses on the productivity and efficiency payoffs of information technology of BRICS and European banking systems. His research also examines the macroeconomic impact of payment system innovations on credit growth and money circulation in the economy. He has published numerous papers in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals. Further, he has presented his work at many conferences and consortiums organized by prominent institutions.

His area of research include, inter alia, efficiency and productivity management, technological diffusion, financial institutions and markets, corporate finance, payment systems, performance measurement, corporate governance, and risk management.
