Prof. Dolashree holds an LLM with a specialism in Jurisprudence & Legal Theory from the University College London.
Currently, her research work includes building an understanding of how the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence in key educational cases shapes the regulation and governance of public and private educational institutions. Her work here focuses on developing a more granular understanding of ‘consent’ in the law to promote ways in which the law can break away from mononormative frameworks to secure the rights of polyamorous persons in India.
Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, she worked as a Research Associate with the Centre for Law & Policy Research (CLPR) on the Intersectionality Project where she co-authored the Intersectionality Report and was part of a team that drafted the Equality Bill, 2019 which seeks to provide civil remedies for multiple forms of discrimination.
