• Dr. Clammer has taught and researched worldwide and held regular or visiting posts at Oxford, Weimar, Australian National University, Buenos Aires, Pondicherry, Singapore Warwick, and probably somewhere else I have forgotten. He currently works mainly on the interface of culture and development, the sociology of the arts, and issues of sustainability, but in the course of his career has roamed through just about every area of sociology and anthropology.
