I am a sociologist studying how enterprise cultures shape the governance of public education. My current research follows consultants and think tanks as they advocate for technology-based and data-driven interventions to reform school education. My areas of expertise include technical education, urban youth and entrepreneurship, education policy, data and governance

At JSGP, she teaches foundation courses in sociology, gender and development and advanced elective courses in education policy.
