- Prof. (Dr.) Sarbani Sen graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, 1987 and then went as a Commonwealth Scholar to the London School of Economics for her LL.M. degree. She was then awarded Yale Fellowships to complete her LL.M./Ph.D. program at Yale Law School. She got her doctoral degree in 1996. She has taught at the NUJS, Kolkata, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University and the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto in the areas of constitutional law and theory and comparative public law. She is currently Professor and Executive Director, Center for Public Law and Jurisprudence at Jindal Global Law School. She has also been recently nominated to the Advisory Board of the Younger Comparativist Committee of the American Society of Comparative Law.
