  • Prof. Abhinav holds an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Leeds and an LL.B. degree from O.P. Jindal Global University. He regularly writes on contemporary significant issues and has been published on various reputed platforms nationally and internationally . He has attended various national and international conferences on International law and Human Rights Law. In the past, he has worked as Law clerk-cum-Research Assistant under Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw in the Delhi High Court. He also has experience working as a researcher with People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL), Jaipur, where he was involved with issues related to the right to education, prison reforms and homelessness. During his LL.M. program, he was appointed as School Representative for the School of Law, University of Leeds. Besides academics, he enjoys playing cricket , and has represented Rajasthan State Cricket Team at under 16 and under 19 levels.
