Prof. Ronald P. Blue II is an assistant professor at O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University) in Sonipat, Haryana, India. He obtained his LL.M. at the University of Sussex in 2011 and his J.D. at Indiana University in 2015. His current areas of research are primarily focused on the intersections of domestic and international criminal law, private militaries, constitutionality, state’s right to violence, and corruption.
