Dr. Tithi Bhatnagar is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS). She has been associated in an administrative capacity with the Professional and Teacher Training Programs conducted at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O.P. Jindal Global University, the Centre for Leadership and Change, the University Student Disciplinary Committee, and the JIBS Ph.D. Committee in the past.
She is a Psychologist by training, a Well-being and Happiness researcher and teacher by profession, and a Positive Psychology Coach by practice. Her doctoral research was in the area of Subjective Well-Being (SWB) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Her professional experience is a mix of industry, freelance consulting, academics, training, and advisory roles. In her tenure with Infosys, she has worked on projects involving title holders, executive board members, and founders. Prior to joining JGU, she was leading the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at G.D. Goenka University. She has served on an Industry Research Board as a Social Scientist for Stem Cell Research and has been invited as a Subject Matter Expert on the University Academic Council on Curriculum Design for UG and PG Psychology Programs.A Gold and Silver Medallist for her Master’s and Bachelor’s respectively, she is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach with none other than Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener (USA). She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), and the International Society of Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS).
