• Ashaawari Datta Chaudhuri is an advocate who has been practicing in the Delhi High Court and other forums such as DRT, DRAT, IPAB etc since 2017. She has graduated with a BA.LLB (Hons) from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar in 2017. She then went on to get an LLM in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Laws from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019. Since then, Ashaawari has worked in a couple of law firms such as M.V.KINI &Co, New Delhi and The Legist, New Delhi, practicing banking and finance laws, and intellectual property rights. She is also the Director at the Centre for Research and Analysis in Finance, Technology and Law( CRAFT AND LAW) at JSBF. She is also Faculty Editor at the JSBF Report. She also handles international collaborations for JSBF students. Her research areas include, intellectual property rights pertaining to entertainment laws, technology and data privacy.
