Kasana, Ribha

Ribha Kasana is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She completed her B.Com Hons. At Sri Ram College of Commerce, the University of Delhi in 2017. She completed her LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2020. After that, she pursued her LL.M. at Jindal Global Law School specialising in Intellectual property Law and IT in 2021. She then pursued her second master’s, LL.M. at King’s College London specialising in International Business Law.

Ribha has worked with different law firms as an intern, learning various fields of law during her studies. She also worked as a Trademark attorney and gained experience in IP litigation during 2021-2022.

Her area of interest includes Intellectual property law, Business Law, Corporate Governance, Investment law and Arbitration. She has also worked on various research papers and her dissertation topics were based on well-known marks and Corporate Governance.
